Conditions for Exchanges and Returns:
Purchase Regret: You can request a return of your order within 7 calendar days of receipt. Because it is a food product and we prioritize sanitary safety, we only accept returns of packages that are rigorously sealed, without violation of the original packaging.
Nonconformity or Damage: If your coffee arrives with damaged packaging or presents any quality anomaly, we guarantee immediate product replacement.
